If you don't have Computing-12 and want to be safe, it is best to take CMPT 098 in 97-3 instead of CHEM 115. Going the ENSC 150 route will cause extra complications if you fail to get a B, since you will then get behind in the Computing sequence.
What this means is:
For students in the computer
engineering option under the old program (before 97), ENSC 450
will be offered in 2000-1 as a substitute for CMPT 400. Please make
every effort to take it. This would be the last substitute offering
for CMPT 400.
Please note that there are
some mistakes in the 97-98 and 98-99 printed calendars.
CMPT 290 has now filled up (as of July 28). If you could not register
for this course, there are a few possible actions:
Those students who have taken this course as ENSC 493-3 in the past can also take ENSC 491-1 to "top up" the course to a full elective.
