Grading will be done according to the following scheme:

Course material

 

This policy is subject to slight variations on favour of class average.

Exams will be "closed book", however, you will be allowed to take one 8.5"x11" sheet of "notes" into the exams (two for the final). Calculators will be allowed.

Assignment Information

There will be 4 to 5 homework assignments during the semester. All assignments will be corrected, graded and returned approximately a week after they have been submitted. Randomly selected questions will be marked. Late assignments will not be accepted.

Laboratory Information

The course will contain a lab component in most assignments and one laboratory project to reinforce the concepts learned in class. There is no formal lab like ENSC 327.  The labs the project will be executed using MATLAB. The project is due on April 5; however,  I recommend that you target an earlier date
