SECOND CALL FOR PAPERS The 42nd Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems August 8-11, 1999, Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA http://www.mwscas99.nmsu.edu/ Sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and the Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering Paper abstract and summaries due MARCH 1, 1999 The symposium will include all aspects of theory, design, implementation, testing, and application of analog, digital, and microwave circuits and systems. In addition to the technical program, the symposium will feature recreational tours to Carlsbad Caverns, White Sands Missile Range, and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. On Tuesday, August 10, 1999, an evening banquet will take place at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Museum, featuring grand entertainment of singing mariachis and authentic food from the Southwest.
