************************************************************************* * CALL FOR PAPERS * * * * NONLINEAR DYNAMICS OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS 1999 * * * * An International Specialist Workshop * * --------------------------------------------------------------------- * * ( http://www.iee.et.tu-dresden.de/~ndes99 ) * ************************************************************************* The seventh annual workshop on Nonlinear Dynamics of Electronic Systems (NDES'99) will be hosted by the Department of Information Technology, Technical University of Denmark on 15--17 July, 1999. The workshop location is Hotel Griffen in Roenne on the Danish Island of Bornholm. Detailed information about the place is available at http://www.dkhotellist.dk/griffen.html The workshop shall bring together specialists in mathematical, natural and engineering sciences in order to provide an opportunity to meet in a low-cost informal setting to address new theoretical and practical results, novel analysis and design methods in nonlinear dynamic systems and circuits and to discuss open problems in nonlinear science. The official language of the workshop will be English. The technical programme will consist of plenary lectures by experts in selected areas, along with papers and posters submitted by the participants. With its small-scale single-session organisation it is a unique workshop in size and atmosphere. The papers presented at the oral and poster sessions will not be distinguished in the Conference Proceedings. Every contributor of the poster session will have a few minutes at a plenary session to present the main highlights of his/her work. The workshop is open to researchers from all over the world. Papers describing original works in all aspects of nonlinear theory and its applications to Electrical and Electronic Systems and Circuits are invited. Possible topics include, but are not limited to: 1. Theory of Nonlinear Systems, 2. Analysis and Design of Nonlinear Circuits & Systems, 3. Nonliner Signal Modelling, 4. Nonlinear Signal Processing, 5. Practical Applications. Contributions about special technical objects (e.g. PLL, Power electronic circuits, communications schemes) are welcome and should be assigned to one of the methodological topics above (according to the aspect of treatment). ********************************************************************* * Important dates for authors: * ********************************************************************* submission of summary: 09 March, 1999 notification of acceptance: 26 April, 1999 submission of camera-ready paper: 04 June, 1999 Prospective authors are invited to submit their work before 09 March, 1999 to: ndes99@iee1.et.tu-dresden.de The submission (preferable ASCII-text) shall contain: + complete title, + author's name(s) and affiliation(s), + address for correspondence (name, postal and e-mail addresses, phone, fax), + indication of one or more of the above areas that best describe the paper + a summary of the paper of 300-1000 words.
