Research Interests

Methods: Computational anatomy, algorithms for segmentation and non-rigid registration of medical images, statistical shape analysis of anatomical shapes and time series of functional and structural images. Computational Anatomy applications in diagnosis of brain/eye diseases and cancer CT imaging, Machine Learning and Deep learning, and applications in Medical Imaging.
