Microelectronic circuit, device and process development for medical imaging applications and large area electronics. Current research projects include: Medical imaging using CMOS, large area diagnostic X-ray imaging, X-ray detectors, and active pixel sensors for crystalline (CMOS) and amorphous silicon technology.
